GATEWAY LITFEST is a literary jamboree of regional writers and writings, with perhaps the largest such gatherings ever. It is a great confluence of regional literature in India.   Many festivals, dominated by English and to some extent Hindi, have treated regional writers as step-sisters. Gateway Lit Fest is an attempt to correct this imbalance and impropriety by bringing together vernacular languages into English and Hindi-dominated mainstream literary jamborees.
